Acceptance of Terms
"By accessing or using AI-Outfit Swap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application."
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create a secure account. You are the sole guardian of your credentials.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your password. Notify us immediately of any breaches.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and AI models are the exclusive property of AI-Outfit Swap.
Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited license only to process them for your requested transformation.
Creator Rights
"We provide the tools, but you provide the style. Your data is your property, always."
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or engage in illegal activity. This includes uploading non-consensual imagery or attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Pokhara, Nepal.
