AI Outfit Swap was born from a simple observation: people spend enormous time and money trying on clothes they end up not buying. Fitting rooms are crowded, online shopping returns are wasteful, and the gap between "how it looks on a model" and "how it will look on me" is enormous.
We set out to close that gap using the same diffusion model technology powering the world's leading AI image generators — packaged into a fast, free, mobile-first app that anyone can use.

AI Outfit Swap is built by NepTechPal, a technology studio based in Pokhara, Nepal. We're a team of developers, designers, and AI researchers passionate about building technology that creates genuine value in people's daily lives.
We started with a question: can AI make fashion discovery as easy as taking a photo? After months of research, testing, and fine-tuning diffusion models for the specific challenge of garment rendering, AI Outfit Swap was born.
Being based in Nepal gives us a unique perspective. We've built AI Outfit Swap to work equally well for users in New York and Nairobi, London and Lagos — on a wide range of devices and connection speeds.
